Our mobile notary publics will go to the home or workplace of your customers, at nearly any scheduled time, to perform mobile notary services. This convenient service makes it easy for your customers because it allows them to schedule appointments for a time and place convenient to them.
We provide mobile notary signing services in all 50 states. This makes life easy for you, our customer, allowing you to maintain normal business hours while still satisfying the notary service needs of your own customers. We carefully choose our notary publics, so you can count on an efficient and timely return of your documents after the notary service has been completed.
Pre-Closing Packages
A pre-closing package includes a number of federal and state-specific disclosures that should, but may not be legally required to be, re-disclosed to the borrower because of a change in fees and charges, and/or the interest rate in the loan transaction; in addition to state-specific disclosures that applicable state law requires be delivered to the borrower prior to the closing date of the loan.
The “core” documents included in a pre-closing package consists of the following federal disclosures:
Uniform Residential Loan Application (1003)
HUD/VA Addendum to the Uniform Residential Loan Application (FHA/VA only)
Good Faith Estimate of Settlement Costs
Itemization of Amount Financed
Truth-in-Lending
Uniform Settlement Statement (HUD-1 or HUD-1A)
Initial Escrow Account Statement
